Provided full design-build services for the Mission Gateway Apartments. Mission Gateway is one of California’s largest affordable housing communities. Mission Gateway has 356 affordable residential units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. The 386,540 sq. ft. complex also has 311 ground-level and below grade parking stalls. The project amenity package includes podium level courtyards, with a splash pad, pet spa’s and a fitness room. Contractor managed the design process to hit the rentable square foot metrics needed by the client, while maintaining a budget during a year of preconstruction. The project is a five-level type VA and IA on grade.

The development site is at the northeast corner of Sable Boulevard and Alameda Avenue, adjacent to a 19-acre city park with a pedestrian underpass connecting residents to RTD’s Aurora Metro Center Station.  Parkside is a 216-unit multifamily transit-oriented development with 36,000 sq. ft. of stand alone storefront retail. The mixed-use building is a five-story wrap, Types III and Type V-B construction with precast structured parking and a concrete podium over ground-floor retail space; plus three stand-alone retail buildings. 

Resident units boast quality appliances and millwork, luxury vinyl flooring and solid-surface counters in highly efficient floorplans.  In addition to contemporary finishes, secured garage parking and extensive community amenities, Parkside residents enjoy the extended amenity set offered via the 36,000+ square feet of on-site retail space, including “Parkside Eatery”, a micro food hall with 5 food and beverage concepts surrounding a central bar/common area.

S*Park is a highly sustainable, for sale mixed-use development on a 2.8-acre site at the edge of Denver’s RiNo district. The community is designed to provide residents with ease of access to the downtown Denver area, with an RTD station right in front of the project and an on-site Bicycle station. The community features 91 condominium units, 8 townhomes and commercial space totaling 190,804 sq. ft. and underground structured parking with 139 spaces, a greenhouse and more than 50,000 sq. ft. of open space.  With a below grade garage, the site includes 20,000 sq. ft. of private park. 

Sustainable building components included: reclaimed brick, car charging stations, solar panels, a garden wall and permeable parking.  As a sustainable project, S*Park design attends to the finest of green features – hypoallergenic grasses, solar power, composting and a 7,200 sq. ft. rooftop greenhouse, one of the most elevated aeroponic farms in the country.

This six-story senior community includes 163 apartments – 139 independent and assisted living suites and 24 memory care suites. Amenities include a salon and spa, fitness center, and a 1,500-sq. ft. sky lounge on the top floor. The lounge includes a full-service bar, TV and an outdoor terrace.

The building is a concrete frame structure over one level of walk-out basement, approximately 173,000 sq. ft. (net of parking), with 31,933 sq. ft. of basement parking area.

The Carillon is located near the Regional Transportation District’s Belleview Station light rail, giving seniors access to a transit-oriented neighborhood with plentiful retail options nearby.

The Brodie is a 312-unit multifamily community situated on a 14.11-acre site with views of the Colorado Front Range.

The property features eight, 4-story, wood-framed buildings over a concrete podium.  The building area totals 352,685 sq. ft. and there are 105,789 sq. ft. of below grade garage area for a total of 458,474 sq. ft.  There are 562 parking spaces in total, 268 of which are in the podium parking garages.

Challenging ground water conditions required the team to design and construct an interceptor trench and pump system to facilitate below grade construction.

Community amenities include: Resort-style pool with fireside entertaining and dining terrace, lounge with catering-style kitchen with social bar, fitness studio & office space

Located at 10th and Speer, the tower stands in the heart of Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood and has unobstructed panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains to the west and the downtown Denver skyline to the north. The site is directly adjacent to the Cherry Creek hike and bike trail that runs from Cherry Creek through downtown Denver. 1000 Speer is a Class A+ multifamily rental community consisting of 224 units in 16 cast-in-place concrete structure. 

There is 8,000 sq. ft. of resident amenity space on the ground floor that includes a fitness club, golf simulator, conference room with videoconferencing capabilities, and a resident lounge. Other building amenities include concierge services, a second resident lounge on the 7th floor overlooking the pool with abundant outdoor seating and entertaining areas featuring multiple grilling areas and a fire pit.

The units range in size from 485 sq. ft. studios to 2,000 sq. ft. three-bedrooms and offer high-end finishes including stainless steel appliances including natural gas ranges, front load washers and dryers, granite and quartz countertops, solar window shades, hardwood flooring throughout, exotic millwork, glass backsplashes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and 8’ entry and interior doors.
